NetSuite Level 1 Support Specialist

Job Overview:
As a NetSuite Support Specialist at CK Supply, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, providing first-line support to ensure the optimal functionality of our NetSuite system. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day tasks, managing ongoing support cases, and assisting with new releases and functionalities. You will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our systems by offering timely assistance and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist users via phone, in-person, and remotely, managing data through NetSuite's CSV import processes and creating necessary saved searches, reports, and workbooks. You will also train department end users on NetSuite and related systems, develop and facilitate documentation, and test new developments within the NetSuite environment. Additionally, you will ensure the integration and connectivity of third-party applications, manage troubleshooting efforts, and collaborate with third-party solution providers. Occasional travel to support multiple locations in Illinois and Missouri is required.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred. You should have at least two years of experience working with NetSuite, including six months in a help desk role. Experience supporting integrated applications like Banking/ACH, RF Smart, and TrackAbout is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A background in manufacturing and a deep understanding of inventory, distribution, and manufacturing concepts will be a significant advantage.
